MLOptic has independently developed four commonly used magnification bright field long working distance objectives for semiconductor defect detection applications. Compared to similar objectives on the market, we have further optimized the field curvature and chromatic aberration of the objectives, thereby enhancing their resolution capabilities across the entire field of view, especially at the edge of the field, as well as the image quality within the depth of field. This product offers a high cost-performance ratio, and customers can directly replace the objectives without making any other structural modifications.All lens designs can be customized for your application.
